Set in the idyllic grounds of Eton College, Thames Valley Athletics Centre is a world class training facility used by top international athletes and the England Rugby Team.

Only one mile from both Slough and Windsor, TVAC offers a little escape to the countryside. TVAC provides a unique setting for any gym workout and provides outdoor running facilities for all Synergy members.

TVAC offers a secluded gym environment with a selection of equipment to help you improve your fitness or physique. There is a selection of fitness classes available including a series of very popular Spinning Classes (Group Cycling).
