Ladies Only Swimming

At Montem Leisure Centre we offer swimming lessons to ladies during the Ladies Only sessions:

Tuesdays: 8.45-9.45pm - beginners, improvers and advanced

Wednesdays: 9.45-10.45am - beginners

Fridays: 8.00-9.00pm - beginners and improvers

Langley Leisure Centre also offers a Ladies only general swimming session on Wednesday evenings.
