  • 6 week circuits based course 
  • Monday to Friday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm & 7:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Weekly fitness tests

Who would have thought someone so slight could have so much strength. Let's start with the training I enjoyed the most...after nearly an hour of training... the chance to box away my stress...I'm nearly twice the size of Laura but she held me firm! Within just a few weeks of personal training with Laura my fitness increased noticeably. I even managed to make friends with the cross trainer, something I never thought I could do.

Laura manages to create a programme that keeps you motivated and never becomes boring. Each week the training sessions had something different about them. She also manages to keep you going, pushing you in a way that never intimidates and encourages you to do well. I loved the way I felt after each training session...liked I had worked out, which I had but at the same time energised and in a really good mood!
