At last something ‘Extra’ for those not quite old enough to use all of the Synergy gym…
Synergy Extra is a membership for Under 16’s and provides a whole host of fitness programmes for different age groups. A Synergy Extra membership can be bolted on to any adult membership to allow both parents and children the chance to work out at the same time.
Most of the programmes run on a six week cycle and are free to all Synergy Extra members. Non members can sign up to the programmes at additional cost.
