What is personal training?
Personal Training (PT) is a one to one exercise session between yourself and a qualified Personal Trainer. Personal Trainers can offer training that is specific and tailored to your exact needs. Personal Trainers can offer you their time and dedication which will in turn guarantee you the results you desire. Personal Trainers use the Four P’s method – They give you a personal planned progressive programme.
Personal Training will deliver greater results than training alone. Personal trainers have the experience and knowledge to help you whatever your goal. They use specialist motivational techniques to keep you motivated and make you want to get even better results.
Which personal trainer shall I choose?
All Personal Trainers are qualified to a minimum level 3 standard. All Personal Trainers are different whether it be with their motivational tools or their programme design. However they all have the same goal in mind – To help Synergy members reach their goals as quickly as possible. Each personal trainer will have an area of speciality where they have an interest and more knowledge in. You can see these areas on each PT’s profile. This should help you make your decision as you will know what you want to achieve more than anyone else.
How much does it cost?
Every Synergy Personal Trainer charges accordingly. The prices may differ due to experience and qualifications. However all Synergy Personal Trainers are at a high standard and have excellent client care. Discounts may be given on block bookings however this is the trainers’ choice.
