Synergy Health and Fitness is more than just a gym. We’re working hard to ensure that we fulfil our role as the best and most welcoming gym at the heart of your local community. 

Here at Synergy Health & Fitness we have a huge choice of different fitness activities to keep you active. From a session in one of our 3 local gyms, a leisurely swim in one of our 2 swimming pools or one of our 150 weekly fitness classes. We have ladies only sessions in the gyms and swimming pools, Synergy Mentors to keep you motivated and much more! 

Synergy has three gyms in the local area: 

• Montem Leisure Centre, 
• Langley Leisure Centre, 
• Slough Trading Estate.

Members at Montem and Langley can also enjoy fitness classes, swimming pools, spa areas and sports

What is unique about Montem and Langley is that members here receive their own 8 week weight loss programme and have their very own personal Synergy Mentors who monitor attendance and guarantee the health and fitness results its members desire.  

Synergy at Slough Trading Estate offers an amazing fitness only membership, from only £20 per month, for members who know what they want and how to get it. This site offers an excellent 90 station gym, including 10 virtual spin bikes.
