Come and try our 8 week weight loss fitness courses, guaranteed to get you the health and fitness results you desire.
Our professionally trained fitness consultants will review your current workout and dietary habits and provide you with methods of improving them according to your personal needs. We will help you to understand how what you eat could be affecting your energy levels and your fitness goals and help you to make wiser dietary choices.
Get your weight and inches privately measured then learn how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference on your size and boost your confidence! Your personal Synergy mentor will monitor and assess your progress throughout the 8 weeks to ensure you remain on track and motivated, and our fitness team are available at your convenience for optional one on one sessions. Results guaranteed!
Programme Details
Week 1 (starter session)
- Measurements taken, hip, waist, arm, thighs, and body weight
- Targets & goals will be then discussed with each individual and agreed
- Advice on weight loss will be given to specific to each member, workout tips and how to use the equipment effectively as well as dietry information
- Your finish date Booked & Confirmed
Week 2-7
- Each member is advised to use the one to one drop in sessions, for any questions you may have, further discuss your goals and how your progressing.
- One to One drop in sessions (these sessions are not compulsory but are encouraged)
- 30 Minute sessions that are personal to the members
- Specific to your needs and target goal
Week 8 (finisher)
- Measurements taken
- Review of goals
- Discussion of next stages
- Testimonial of what your results were and what you think of our free course for all members.
The Programme is for Members Only. The next start dates are week commencing:
- Monday 13th February 2012
- Monday 5th March 2012
Note 1: Book in adavance only. Email the mentors (link below) to book or come in and book from the gym floor.
Note 2: In your starter and finisher session there can be a maximum of 4 individuals in the group.
Note 3: If you have already booked onto a fitness course but haven’t been informed of the finishing date, please email your mentors.
Note 4: Members can attempt only to the fitness course of the gym that they have joined. Example: If you have signed up at Langley Leisure Centre you can follow the programm at Langley only.
