All participants are asked to bring with them a towel and bottle of water to all classes. New customers are advised to attend classes 10 minutes early to inform instructors so they can be shown set up positions and explained the class structure.
Please note it is advised to book in advance for classes, members even have the privilege of booking up to 3 weeks in advance for most of the classes.
Classes at Langley - Cancellation: You can cancel your Studio Classes and Spin Classes by e mailing us. Please be aware that our classes are very popular and well attended therefore we require as much notice as possible to cancel classes. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations for Swimskool or Gym appointments via this e mail address.

Attend spinning classes mostly, highly satisfied, all the instructors are very good. I enjoy the intensity of the classes and the they are great to increase your fitness.
