Each Boot camp consists of a maximum of 24 sessions in a six week period.

Non Synergy Clubs member:  £97 for a 6 week course 

Synergy Clubs member: £87 for a 6 week course

I loved the intensity, the type of exercises and the positive vibe of the group! The six week Boot camp was very versatile and you ached in places that you never thought possible however the sense of achievement far outweighs the pain! I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 weeks and I would definitely do it again!
