How long does the boot camp last?
The course will last for 6 weeks
How many sessions are in the 6 weeks?
There are 24 session (4 sessions per week)
Do I have to be physically fit to participate in the boot camp?
No, all levels are welcome, whether you have participated in physical activity or not, there are 3 levels. Beginner, intermediate and advanced.
What do I need to wear?
Suitable sports clothing and suitable footwear (i.e running trainers)
Do I need to check with a Doctor before I go to a class?
No, but we will ask you to complete a PAR Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) before you are involved in any exercise.
Can I register at any time?
Ideally , you will need to book on prior to the boot camps start date , however if you would like to try a class out you can turn up for a trial session in the first week to see if our boot camp is for you .
Where do I keep my valuable?
We encourage you not to bring valuables to the session and store them in a safe place before attending , however , if you do bring valuables to the session a instructor will be able to look after them during the session.
Do I need to bring my own water?
Yes you are welcome to bring your own water. However please make sure you are hydrated before each workout.

Will there be more classes in the future?
Yes, there will be more classes in the future at a variety of time throughout the day. This is to ensure that members of synergy boot camp can guarantee their results, regardless of lifestyle.
Challenging, enjoyable and very beneficial. The whole 6 weeks has been excellent, this is the first Boot Camp that I have attended and I have thoroughly enjoyed it!
